Glasgow is on a bit of a roll with independent coffee shops cropping up on every corner – and as a huge lover of the bean, I obviously couldn’t be happier about it.
I hadn’t actually heard much of a buzz about Bill’s opening up in Glasgow, I only caught that illuminated sign of glory by chance while walking past on my lunch break. My other half and I decided to try out a new restaurant every month this year, and despite the fact we’ve been to Bill’s in London loads, we decided this would be March’s date-night.
I visited Berlin with my significant other and a group friends in October last year. We booked the trip for mid-October for two reasons – one, because my friend found a tattoo artist he really wanted to visit in the city, and two, because this was the week the Festival of Light was happening. As fate would have it, we failed to accomplish either of these things, but here’s what we did get up to:
